D#8, HW#2, Peer Reflection

As I stated in HW#1 I reviewed Tomoko and Jay and judging by their papers I really need to work on my bibliographies. I found theirs to be a lot more complete than mine and giving much more information on why the article was useful. The comments on my paper are helpful, and I may refine my question a little more because of them I am just not sure if I like the wording yet or not. I also need to work more on my citations. Turnitin.com gave my paper 13% but it was all in the citations so I do not think I need to change anything.
