D#3, HW#5, Analysis

While writing this report I need to think of a lot of different things such as what is my audiances background and level of education? For me that would be high school and college aged students. I also need to think about what attitude they will take to this paper? If they are like me it they will find it informative, and maybe enlighten them a little on how to avoid or at least vent stress in a positive way. What I would like them to take from this is a better understanding of ways to cope in their every day lives.
