D#2, HW#4, CQ Bibliographies

The first subject that cough my eye was on shock jocks, such as Howard Stern, and how one "off color" comment could end up putting them in a lot of trouble in todays society. Such as how Don Imus got fired over a comment he did not even know would offend. While I do not agree with what he said at all I do think he had the right to say it in a country where so many people died to protect his freedom of speech.

The next subject I noticed was about gun violence, at schools to be more exact. After the shooting at Virginia Tech and me just starting to go back to school I was a little relieved that my classes are online at least for now. Even more than this shooting I have kids in lower grades and not a day goes by I don't worry about a shooting at their school.

The last article that I noticed was about the future of television. I did an assignment in eng101 on this topic about how the bittorrent community is using that technology to download television programs to "time shift" also and I do believe the future of tv will have to change to incluse the masses of people who use these forms of media to view.
